HQ Temporary Closing & Other News, August 2012

Tau Beta Pi Headquarters will be closed August 15-16 due to construction work being done at the University of Tennessee in the Dougherty Engineering Building. During this time, the website, the phone lines, and other services will not be available.

HQ will re-open Friday, August 17. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Kettering University has announced a series of grants to be delivered over the next three years by the Charles Stewart Mott Foundation. “The contribution represents the largest gift ever to the university in its 93-year history.” Among the uses of the grants will be a new laboratory space for chemical engineering, a “FIRST Community Center” to be used for programs including area K-12 students in the FIRST Robotics program, and to increase student enrollment.
