Engineers: Alumni & Females

Tau Beta Pi is excited to announce that more than 120 TBP alumni have completed the alumni involvement form. This will allow the Association to contact them about activities and events in their area and to identify regions for alumnus chapters.

Also, the Association and Executive Director Curt Gomulinski are hosting alumni events around the country. Currently, five locations have been scheduled and confirmed. Please visit this page for more information and updates for new alumni gatherings.


Marissa Mayer is the new CEO of Yahoo. Previously, she was a vice president at Google, where she had been since 1999. She received her bachelor’s degree from Stanford University where she was classmates with Google founders Larry Page, MI G ’95, and Sergey Brin.

The University of Wyoming has named Mallory K. Hunt (Wilde), WY A 2012, as the Tau Beta Pi Outstanding Member for 2012. She was chosen “based on scholarship, leadership, contributions to the University, and character.” As the recipient, she was summarized for “epitomizing the ideal role model of student scholarship and achievement.” Read the news announcement
